- REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

- Technical Failures: If technical issues prevent service functionality.
- Work Incomplete: If a project is abandoned by us before completion.
- NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
The following services are non-refundable:
- Change of mind after service delivery.
- Client dissatisfaction with design choices (unless contractually obligated revisions remain).
- Ongoing maintenance and support services (monthly/yearly subscriptions).
- Services abandoned by the client mid-project.
- Delays caused by the client not providing required information.
- Domain names and hosting services (managed by third parties).
- MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
Mobile application development projects generally require substantially more time depending on the scope, functionality, platform, integrations, testing, and technical requirements.
Estimated Timeline: 3–7 Months
The actual timeline will depend on the application’s:
- Features and functionalities
- UI/UX design requirements
- Number of screens
- Android/iOS requirements
- Backend development
- API integrations
- Payment integrations
- Third-party integrations
- Testing and debugging
- Client feedback and approvals
- Overall project complexity
The 3–7 month timeframe is an estimated development range and does not constitute a guaranteed completion date unless a specific completion date has been agreed upon in writing.
- TIMELINE CONDITIONS
The timelines stated in this policy are minimum or estimated development timelines and should not be interpreted as guaranteed completion dates unless expressly agreed upon in a written project agreement.
The applicable timeline may be extended due to:
- Late submission of content or required information by the client
- Delayed client approvals or feedback
- Changes to the original project scope
- Additional features or functionality requested after development begins
- Delayed access to third-party platforms or services
- Payment or billing delays
- Third-party API, hosting, payment gateway, or platform issues
- Technical requirements outside the originally agreed scope
- Significant revisions or redesign requests
- Unforeseen technical issues
- Circumstances beyond American Web Arena’s reasonable control
If a client requests substantial changes, additional pages, new functionality, redesigns, or other work outside the original scope, American Web Arena may provide a revised timeline and, where applicable, additional charges before proceeding.
The project timeline begins once American Web Arena has received the required information, content, credentials, approvals, and other materials necessary to begin development.

If American Web Arena approves a refund, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, or financial institution.
Third-party transaction fees, processing fees, or other non-refundable charges may be deducted where permitted by applicable law and the applicable payment terms.
- CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, clients are encouraged to contact American Web Arena so that the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly. A chargeback does not automatically establish that a refund is owed.
Where a payment dispute is initiated, American Web Arena reserves the right to provide the applicable payment processor, financial institution, or dispute-resolution provider with relevant documentation, which may include:
- Service agreements
- Proposals
- Invoices
- Payment records
